To start, my family has a small Buy-To-Let as well as a Rent-To-Rent/Rent-To-Service Accommodation portfolio. So we know agents up and down the country and it's true to say; I have never been so fairly treated, considered and most importantly, respected. Recently, my partner and I got into some trouble with our current living situation. The apartment, in central, is beautiful. However, as the landlord lives out of the country and did not have enough time to manage the property, it became a literal disaster. It was infested with bed bugs, two rooms were completely destroyed, walls tared down, exposed plumbing, no shower or bath for seven months. From the moment we moved in, we could not stop looking for another place to live. It needed to be in a been specific area for work where we had no garnered connections, friends or family that could help. This took months until I met Emily. At the time, my partner and I were going through certain changes that made it harder to be accepted for renting. Not to mention, the rental market in Manchester being completely overwhelmed, it had honestly been the most stressful time for us both. From a professional point of view, my family are looking to expand to Manchester so that they can attempt to help students gain a place to live with actual affordable renting prices. I know all of the main letting agents in central Manchester as well as a somewhat extensive knowledge of some of the “smaller” letting agents dotted about Salford/Central. I have never dealt with a letting agent from Stockport as it's not as common to find them in the areas where we were looking. However, I will never want to deal with any other letting agencies because of Emily. Our situation required heart, soul and compassion. We needed our circumstances to be heard and be dealt with with what I could best describe as a “real conversation”. Our situation did not necessarily ”fit the application form” but even in this busy time and I can not stress enough, hundreds of candidates, hundreds; Emily took the time to listen and helped us. I also must give an unequivocal thanks to David who showed us the property. He was calm, collected and knew what he was doing. He made us feel completely seen in such a, quite frankly, scary time. Emily did not know anything about what my family do as they are based in Wales. But I can not emphasise enough, these are the people you want. If you do not want to just be treated as a number on a list, get in contact today. Emily, thank you for everything. From the bottom of our hearts, we can not thank you enough.

Lost Keys
Tenants are liable to the actual cost of replacing any lost key(s) or other security device(s). Early Termination
Should the tenant wish to leave their contract early, they shall be liable to the landlord’s costs in re-letting the property as well as all rent due under the tenancy until the start date of the replacement tenancy. These costs will be no more than the maximum amount of rent outstanding on the tenancy.
