We sold a property via Grove in what proved to be a long and complex chain. Adam and Mason were helpful throughout, helped to secure the offer and then managed to get the exchange through after much toing and froing. It was a complex process and I can honestly say that without the skillful coordination of Adam and Mason, the exchange would not have likely happened. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
Complaints Procedure
Initially it would be investigated by the Managing Director and we would try and resolve the issue. We are members of all the trade bodies, TPO & NAEA so a report can be made to these. We also hold Professional Indemnity for any serious claims. We are always happy to try and mediate the issues to come to a satisfactory solution.
