I don't even know where to begin. Horrifying experience. We are almost on the streets because of these pathetic and unprofessional agency. Jaspreet is some really shady person who doesn't have a number to call on, she will just revert to you over whatsapp after hours/ages. These people held our deposit for a whole effing month and gave us the contract just 3 days before we had to move in, meanwhile we were at their mercy to respond to only whatsapp msgs as they are not even reachable over their actual landline numbers. After waiting for almost a whole month and killing our chances of looking at other apartments we finally got an email even after the contract was signed that we will not be able to offer you the flat. Now we have nowhere to live and we have to book an airbnb till we find a place which again will take 15 days or so. Although we got saved that we didn't get the apartment because I can't even imagine what would have happened if we would have gotten the apartment. Horrible people. SCAMMERS AT BEST

Unfortunately, we were only letting the property on behalf of the landlord, and had no decisional power over the tenancy. We could only abide by their final decision.
