Having not sold a house for over 30 years we were looking for an agent who would guide us through the process, give us sound advice and respond promptly to our queries. Century 21 did not disappoint us. Dan Pennington was recommended to us for his professionalism and integrity. From the moment we met him we felt we had the right person to deal with our sale. His valuation was spot on and through his expert negotiations we achieved more than our asking price. Dan handled the viewings and concluded our sale quickly and efficiently. We were particularly impressed with Century 21's policy of having the same agent dealing with us throughout the process. Though we also found everyone we spoke to in the Woolton office polite, friendly and efficient. We have already recommended Century 21 to friends and cannot speak too highly of the service we received.

We do not charge tenants any admin fees. We will request a £150 holding - reservation deposit to reserve a property and pending a successful reference, this deposit will come off the first month's rent when requested.
