Well. if i was in anyway impressed it has escaped me. i still let from this agent. regrettably. when i moved into the property which was advertised with "data entry system" i thought, excellent, top floor flat that will come in handy. i was told by the guy showing me round, ashley, that it would be fixed soon, even by the time i moved in POSSIBLY! well i moved in 1st of may 2012, its now 13th febuary 2013, and whenever i call up in regards to this i`m treated like a hindrance even once being told "its very expensive" well sadly i didnt have the gaul about me that day to insist its very expensive renting a property and paying without a doorbell. i`m actually ringing again today to be fobbed off again, however i`m holding on with this review until i`ve spoken with them to see the current out come. also to note how i`ve been spoken too. as other people have mentioned, things go wrong, that are not your fault yet they will tell you , your responsible, i have a bathroom door handle thats basically a wooden knob that looks like its been pinched from a spare set for a chest of draws. it came off in my hand one of the first moments i used it. it was being held on with a screw. this was my fault apparently. one of my bay windows has the runner/rope broke so it wont hold it can only be shut or opened fully. this hasnt been repaired but was noticed within first month of moving in. Also, i have had to call emergency electrician in as my fuse box started melting. to be fair this was covered, but the initial job of wiring it in, by my electricians estimations "were absolutely shocking and dangerous" i`m not looking forward to moving out as i know they will probaly take me to the cleaners. but hey thats how these types make their money.

Just do not deal with this company. They lie to you have no compassion or integrity even dealing with us fairly senior tennants who paid the rent on the dot every month, looked after the property .
