Here are some reasons why Cavendish Parker, which is owned by Aruna and Alex, is a cut above the rest…I had spoken to many different high street agents and their interest was sluggish at best and dismissive at worst. I had been looking for a four-bedroom flat for my University going daughter and her three friends for several weeks and I was no closer to getting one than I was at the beginning of my quest. It was made all he more difficult because I live abroad. When I rang and spoke to Aruna he was utterly charming from the get-go. I could run out of adjectives to describe how different he was compared to other agents. Firstly he listened: Furthermore, he was positive, personable, patient, polite, informed, efficient, diligent and transparent throughout the process. He was honest, he didn’t leverage to get me to offer more as other agents did. He made a difficult task seem like a breeze. Apartment searching for ones offspring is a stressful process, he made finding a safe nest in a big metropolis - EASY, uncomplicated and seemless. After a phone call, an email, a bank transfer and a few texts we had acquired one of the most amazing properties you could wish for and we got it for the asking price. It had been listed that day, three people were booked to view it that evening. But thanks to Aruna’s efficiency, we secured it remotely. It meant closing the door on a lengthy search and four happy students were able to enjoy the rest of their summer and not spend every day in a mindless quest to find what seemed like the impossible. The fact they ended up with a stunning apartment in a lovely safe area and didn’t have to live in some grotty student accommodation, for the same money (h=which was the case with many other properties), was a huge bonus. If another lockdown loomed and with it the prospect of no on-campus lecturing, the students could enjoy their time in super comfort and with plenty of space. If this country were run according to how Aruna operates it would be the most efficient on the planet! Thank you for all your help and for making four students very happy.
