We would both like to say how amazing the team at Fisher Hopper have been in enabling us to sell our property. We contacted them after trying out the so called easy way of selling your property via virtual online Estate Agents with very limited results don't be drawn in by claims of it being cheaper or as straightforward as the websites suggest! It soon became obvious to us that selling property is not that easy especially when confronted by all the various paperwork and questions that now need to be answered as it's a whole new ball game to what it was previously. Once we decided to ditch trying to sell the property privately and go down the traditional route of selling we had several local estate agents come around to give advice and value the property however Darrens honesty, personality combined with the knowledge acquired over the years of selling property in the local area made our choice of choosing an estate agent very simple. Despite having one or two set backs with regards sales failing to get over the finishing line, not once did we ever feel that we were put on the back burner the teams enthusiasm to sell the property never dropped, in fact it was quite the opposite especially after talking to Darren about re-marketing the property which meant extra work and cost for them . The re-marketing of the property wouldn't of been suggested by many other Estate Agents as it would of been too much hassle for them at a busy time & if it was a virtual estate agent we would of been forced to pay extra for changes to the listings. The re-marketing worked and we soon found a new buyer at this point you would expect the contact with the estate agent to stop as they have done their job in finding you a buyer but that's not the case at Fisher Hopper as the rest of the team are always on hand to chase up queries and to make sure that the sale does not lose momentum with regards searches, surveys and a host of other new legal requirements. So if you are thinking of selling your property privately through an online website or wondering which estate agent to use then please take note of this review and save yourself a lot of time, stress, expense by simply picking up the phone and contact Fisher Hopper.
