I can begin by saying how disappointed I am with PJ and tell everyone to avoid this agency. They are very unprofessional and do not care about their tenants wellbeing. We contacted them 13 months ago with regards to several issues (amongst which a very bad mould build up) and to this day they have failed to fix the issues. When we emailed them we would get an automatically generated response or some excuses and be ignored when we asked for updates on the work that needs to be done. Not only they take ages to reply but also take ages to carry any maintenance work they agreed to do. We had mushrooms growing in the house in several locations, entire walls covered with mould, leaks and other issues but still, they think they solved every issue swiftly and to a high standard, which really amuses me. I will attach some pictures to show you the state of the property after 13 months since the first issue was reported. Definitely would not recommend so please do yourself a good and pick another agency. Philip James provided the most appalling customer service I have ever had and the only thing they are good at is being downright rude and abrupt, lie, give out slow and misleading information and rip you off.
