It should be no stars from me. Very poor service, over and over again. Ending up with willfully delaying the whole deposit returns process at the end of my rent period. Delays, incorrect follow-ups, not acting as a proper agent who I expect to be trying to resolve things in a fair an amicable way .... in one word: BAD !

12 Jan 2021Hi Ronald, We always welcome reviews, however without context, as you are aware this is grossly unfair and inaccurate I am afraid. Whilst I appreciate frustration at the deposit return process and protocols in this by law, as damages were caused, the landlord has a right for these to be remedied. Your assistant did not act quickly for you and did not respond for long periods, and as such we are being used as the scapegoats for these failures on your behalf. Looking over the email chains will suffice in this regard if you are not aware of this.

15 Jan 2021Hi Ronald, I’ve no desire to argue, but I have to stand by my point. Rest assured I have looked at the email chains - if there is fault I have no issue in admitting to it. There is agreement that the landlord has a right to make deductions, and as such it’s unfair to hold us responsible for that. We would much rather situation where deposit is returned and there are no damages, as there is no benefit to us whatsoever in a long and drawn out deposit return process. It simply consumes time. However, because there were damages, this was not possible and the landlord had the right to make the deductions. Perhaps a failing of ours was to allow ourselves to become seemingly responsible for the landlords decision. In any event, I contend that holding us responsible for that is unfair, and that your assistant’s large gaps in response times have cost you the right to be able to contend the deductions. Again, that is not our fault I’m afraid. The large volume of reviews to the contrary I trust show our intentions and how we act.
