Claire has been a great agent during the buying of my property. She has been on hand to answer all queries and was very proactive. She was honest and genuine throughout the sale making it a very smooth sale. If I was ever to sell a property in the future I would look to Claire to sell it with her agent.

We do not charge tenants any admin fees. We will request a £150 holding - reservation deposit to reserve a property and pending a successful reference, this deposit will come off the first month's rent when requested.
