I'm really embarrassed to be writing this after hearing such good reviews about the agents. I went to view a really nice property yesterday put on the market by these guys - as far I'm aware regardless of COVID-19 and limited viewings this was lifted at the end of March 2020 so pretty redudant now. I understand that from my rental experience the more viewings, the better. So why should an estate agent decline a second viewing - only means it's a serious pipeline for a potential tenant. Additionally, "only if I put in an offer" will I get to make a second viewing. I have been in conversation with someone called Laura, Charlie, Deborah, then Emma, to god knows who else from the * (apologies but that's how they came across when I spoke to them...) to request a viewing only to be refused because I wouldn't give information (about what? you did the basic screening so what gives?) and that I spent enough time measuring up a property in the first one - (if you'd put a floor plan on the advert in the beginning then I probably wouldn't have spent a good chunk wasting your employee's valuable time, and most importantly, mine calling up the next day again) and this is "what their position was-" - I kid you not the exact words quote on quote - my only response I'm sorry que? and I'm really sorry, I have to hang up because this is really embarrassing for me to listen to you speaking to me like that - ***a complete stranger may I add*** cannot stress this enough over the telephone whom I have never spoken to personally in my life... it is v different if I have known you for years... Unprofessional, out-of-line and completely ludicrous. Wasn't it just clean, simple and straightforward to ring ring can I book a viewing? Sure, here you go. Can I book a second viewing? Sure. I'll make an offer, here is the paperwork, let's get going. Definitely would not recommend.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
