I have dealt with Riverhomes over a period of 3 years and found the entire team nothing but professional, helpful and understanding. When I was searching for a property Phillip and Sue from the Chiswick office took a lot of time to show me many different property's and understand my specific needs. Once I had settle on an apartment they continued to engage both me and the landlord to ensure that everything was set up for my moving in which was a smooth process thanks to the efforts they had put in. This was a long tenancy so I naturally had dealings with the property management team on several occasions. Annabel and Sarah managed any issues I had with the apartment quickly and efficiently, these included all the normal annual checks and some standout issues such as heating and plumbing problems. I never had to chase, communication was clear and efficient and that was very important to me. The works were always carried out on time and to plan, the team would then always follow up to check the work was satisfactory. When it came time to end my tenancy, again the team of Erin and Annabel managed my transition in an incredibly professional manner but most importantly they regularly demonstrated care for me and my small children. There was occasions where I would honestly say they went far beyond what could be expected from a property management agency and showed a patience that was both unexpected and very welcome. I faced some challenges, personally, around my departure but Annabel supported me through them in a way that really helped me. In short, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Riverhomes as a letting agent or a property management company. The fact they are a family business themselves translates through to their teams who really do go the extra mile to manage the balance between tenants and landlords needs. Personally, I've found this both helpful and refreshing.
