DISGUSTING, QUESTIONABLE PRACTICES. DO NOT NOT USE THIS ESTATE AGENTS!!!! They have left my heavily pregnant sister and her boyfriend who is a keyworker without a home! 3 MONTHS ago they paid a deposit and viewed a property. Online they advertise you will be in 5 to 10 days, THIS IS A Lie, DO NOT TRUST THEM OR PAY A DEPOSIT. 3 months later and they have not moved in! When asking what is going on, *horrible and condensending. There are other reviews saying they've been sworn at called a liar and had the phone put down. Constantly lying saying it is on the last stage, you will be in soon, we are just waiting for this, you will have the keys on Thursday. And when the dates came around and you ask what is going on he was rude and argumentative, arguing with her boyfriend telling them to take their deposit and go elsewhere, Turing away business like the unprofessional he is. He was answering the phone angry and saying not to contact them he will contact them, SO RUDE AND HE NEVER CONTACTED. Then got angry when we chased it up or asked for an update on the days he said they were moving in!!! He needs retraining in customer service or a warehouse job he is disgusting talking to people like that especially customers!!! WHY after 3 months and a long check would they go elsewhere when she cannot afford to wait for property checks again when she is about to give birth and we have a COVID 19 CRISIS!!! DISGUSTING POSITION TO LEAVE A YOUNG PREGNANT COUPLE IN. The worst part is we only now that they cannot move in full stop due to going over Robert and contacting the owner direct!!who is now acting like it was beyond their control. The Web of lies and rudeness wasn't!?!!! WHEN WOULD WE EVER BE TOLD IT WAS NOT GOING AHEAD AT ALL?!!!!! DISGUSTING DESPICABLE SERVICE I WILL BE CONTACTING THE OMBUDSMEN FOR THIS INDUSTRY AND THE NEWSPAPERS!!!! WHY LIE *!!! HE IS CLEARLY RACIST AS I CANNOT SEE ANOTHER REASON FOR THE EXTREME RUDENESS AND THE CONSTANT LIES ABOUT A MOVE IN DATE TO BE TOLD No! ALL REVIEWS SHOW TENANTS HAVE A BAD EXPERIENCE, LANDLORDS DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE AS YOU WILL MISS OUT ON SO MANY MONTHS OF POTENTIAL RENT DUE TO ROBERTS INCOMPETENCE AT HIS JOB. FIND ANOTHER ROLE THAT IS NOT CUSTOMER FACING YOU DISGUSTING EXCUSE OF A HUMAN!!!!!!!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
