untrustworthy estate agents, very unhelpful, and complete bandits when it was time to return the deposit unable to repair the electricity in our shed, which was a major factor in taking the property, which was mentioned when we signed refusal to repair the washing machine they provided with the property arrogant and dismissive staff, when we had a sticking door lock the gentleman who attended laughed at my other half and suggested we just 'keep trying' very, very high rent price and poor service twice requested a pre-exit inspection which is standard with respected estate agents, on check out nothing mentioned, 2 weeks later a massive bill for a few minor repairs, I offered to do the repairs myself (which is why I requested the previous inspections) and this wasn't an option as there was new tenants, I asked to see the receipts for the work to be told the work hadn't been done in short, I would not recommend them, and I would never use them again

27 May 2020As a company we are always disappointed to receive poor or adverse reviews, we strive to make every tenant experience a happy one during and at the conclusion of the tenancy agreement, we attempt to provide a seamless transition to the new property, however, there are occasions whereby the contractual obligations have not been fulfilled by the outgoing tenants and there are several differences and dilapidations that need to be corrected before the replacement tenancy agreement can commence, on those occasions the tenant will be asked to contribute towards those reparations. On this occasions proposed deductions were agreed by the tenants and removed from their tenancy deposit bond.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
