I recently sold an unusual property in the area and was grateful for their expertise used to value this. I was kept fully informed of the whole process and would certainly use this company again. I chose them because they had originally sold the property to my parents in 1987 and l thought a small local agency would cater to my needs; l was not wrong and was so glad l used them.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Alan Cooke. The house was selling for 7 months. Starting with a lack of knowledge of the market, as the price suggested was too high, then chain broke (no agency fault), but 1 min after they got the money… they didn’t care! Approachable and helpful staff who were professional throughout the sale transaction.
