Welwyn Garden City was the second garden city that was built in 1920 after the success of Letchworth Garden City that became a reality due to Sir Ebenezer Howard’s garden city movement due to his publication ‘To-morrow: A Peaceful Path to Real Reform’.
The town provides many amenities as expected in such a large
town along with The Gosling Sports Centre with a 50 acre site offering a range of sport facilities including skiing, tennis and golf. Our Welwyn Garden City branch was opened in February 1989, making it the longest established independent agent in the Garden City. The office is centrally placed within yards of the Howard Centre, John Lewis and the station with considerable car park spaces

Hello We had a bad experience with selling our house before in Welwyn Garden City with one Estate agent Ash, until that one moment , one day ,which changed everything . Simply “Country Properties “ in Welwyn Garden City House was sold before even going on the market All team was just amazing especially Chris Chalkey with negotiations but also Andrew Burton which he helped us getting to stage of exchanging the contracts. Anyone over there do not wait any longer don't let your self to waist your time, money and your stress with any other Estate Agent in WGC There is only one direction and that is a route to Country Properties In Welwyn Garden City
