Tl;dr: Very expensive ESPECIALLY if you're a student I highly recommend someone else. NO value for money but fast telephone service. Okay two stars for multiple reasons, So me and my flatmates rented a house in Trafalgar road the house was nice and well presented. So we decided to take it. Then as time went on more and more things became apparent. lets start with the fees (This is not an issue anymore I understand) Fees: The fees came to 1 full months rent. so £441 pp for us to pay already a lot of money considering we're living at student halls.. (it's now max 5 weeks) + security deposit of £180 + the deposit which was £458 per person. as well. so we're already over £1000. we did not need to pay this all up front it was spread out over 6 months. but even so for university students I never recovered finanically The house itself was nice I'll admit that but upon the checking out report it stated there was NO mould evidenced. I know this is not true because I myself have sent them photos of the mould in question. plus in my room the vent in there tended to "dribble" leaving a red streak marks going down the wall (We had to pay for that) desipite that being completely out of my control. We moved in without mattress protectors on some of the beds and we were charged for that as well (I would like to know when they compared our checkout report with) Speaking of the checkout report. I know of two other people living in different houses under different letting agents. One of them was a group of 4 people and they all together had to pay a total of £207. where as the other one only had to pay £30! We had to pay £650 for cleaning. so it was over triple the first one and over 21 times the other one! Now in terms of value we payed £441 pp without bills (there was 6 of us) but when I looked up the property on zoopla, it is a converted 4 bedroom house with an estimated rent value at £1850 so we had to pay an extra £800 because they added two rooms. I will admit they had great fast service. this is why I rated them two stars not one.

It your son or daughter is a student please tell them to beware before renting from Enfields.
