Both myself and my wife are wary of estate agents having had negative experiences with several local companies over the time we have been in Honiton (since 1984) however we found that Seddons were professional and very helpful in acting on any requests and assisted in getting the sale over the line when solicitors were dragging their heels, my only disappointment is that they have closed their Honiton branch, as if we were to move we would choose them over any other estate agents without hesitation. Dan advised us clearly and with good researched data which allowed us to ask a higher price by £15k over what Purple Bricks and Fulfords suggested as a price, we had many viewings and an offer at the reduced asking price of £145K which we are very pleased with.
