I chose Drewerys based on a friend's recommendation and am so glad I did. rnIt was the first time I had sold a property so I was a little anxious about the process. Tom visited the property for a valuation and couldn't be more helpful. He was able to answer all of my questions confidently and thoroughly, and came prepared with details of other properties in the area for comparison to get the right price. He was friendly, approachable and realistic and stayed until we had discussed everything. He listened to my needs and didn't try to force any decisions or make me feel like he was in a rush to leave. There was no 'salesman talk' or confusing lingo. Everything was broken down for me to easily understand and I was given direct contact details to call or text at any time, and not be sent through to an answer machine or a receptionist! (I particularly liked that I could text directly as well as call!)rnDuring the second visit Tom took photos of the property and his photography skills really are amazing. He said he had attended photography courses specialising in the subject, which gave me a lot more confidence in his abilities and he made the property look so bright and airy from really flattering angles. rnI was informed of every single visit to the property for viewings and was given thorough feedback from each one. It only took a couple of days for an offer to be accepted.rnOnce a potential buyer was interested in the property I dealt with Hayley. She was incredible and I cannot thank her enough for making the process as smooth as possible at such a stressful time (there were a few problems with buyers pulling out). Although I never met her in person, each phonecall made me feel calm and she dealt with every obstacle professionally and rationally. It felt like talking to a friend rather than an agent as I was able to be completely honest with her about my thoughts and feelings, and she gave me sensible suggestions what she would do in my situation. She was able to recall details about my situation and my property so accurately, it felt like I was her only client!rnI am truly grateful to the team at Drewerys, in particular Tom and Hayley. They made a very stressful situation so much more bearable and gave me the time and confidence to sell the property with my best interests in mind. They were always a phonecall or a text away and I will, without any doubt, recommend them in future.
