Having posted a previous review last year, nothing resolved,things just go from bad to worse with this incompetent company, we still suffer from Issues not being resolved, Lease Breaches are now common, S20 Process totally ignored, the road resurfacing was an absolute disaster. No one from ABC attended, they were sent pictures of a job well done, how wrong they were, and they still haven't rectified the issue. (I'm sure if it was there money they wasted, they would have something to say)If their service is that good, why did it take them 5 months to task an electrician, service charges are for a service. They do not respond to complaints and lie when issues are challenged. Account issues continue to rise, 2017 accounts issued in January 2019, lease breaches totally ignored! You need to stay clear of this poor company, it appears to be a family affair!
