From the start it has been a shambles. I won't talk about trying to her the property first which was stressful enough. But I was supposed to check in & meet an agent to hand over the keys, sign for them and go through inventory checks & 1 hour before meeting I received a phone call saying it had been completed because they had something else to do. Had to pick up keys, only received one set. Had no instructions or help with getting into the gated entry & the property. Lots of faults when I was inside & a lot of things not working. Not told how the intercom works so couldn't let guests in. Reported things that needed to be fixed and they have not sorted anything out in over 7 days. The whole thing has been the worst start to be honest & I wouldn't recommend the company to anyone.

As I have discussed with you we have already made a formal complaint with the inventory company regarding letting you down on the day you were due to check in and am currently waiting an explanation. As you are aware this is an external contractor and therefore the fault is not with country properties. We have been in contact many times in an attempt to resolve the minor maintenance issues that you reported quickly and the last of these are due to be resolved any day. You have had a number of contractors attend within 48 hours of you reporting certain issues so I feel that we have offered the best service possible with regards to resolving these for you. The number of keys provided has been explained to you that this is company policy and you were offered the opportunity to obtain your own spare set which you declined. I would hope that going forward your opinion of country properties may change.
