Rockett Home Rentals is an ARLA accredited, independent letting agent based in Wolstanton, Newcastle-under-Lyme. The company was founded by Bill Rockett in 2003 and since then we have built our reputation around our professionalism and first class service, offering a unique packaged service that takes away the str

As a landlord I found Rockett Rentals very frustrating and at times shabby in how they dealt with me and the tenants they found a few years ago. From basic appearance such as dogs present hiding under the tables of a grubby office, to incomplete tenancy agreements which took the entire tenancy to rectify. As tenants has already moved in and Rockett had their commission they very clearly were not concerned and did not display any sort of urgency. Even had to threaten legal action at one point when they unlawfully applied and deducted commission from utility charges without even prior consultation. Will not be using these agents again.

19 Dec 2018Our dog was kept in the office as she was dying and we wanted her last days with us, and she died a few months later. I do not condone landlords trying to lure tenants with lower rents and then demanding they pay a utility package before they sign that the landlord has set up, this is not part of our agreements and company practice.
