The best experience I have ever had with an estate agent. Both Claire and Tom were on hand to help me throughout the entire process of purchasing my apartment. With updates of the refurbishment all the way through to move in day... along with a few bits and pieces once I had moved in. Would recommend century 21 to anyone else who is looking for an estate agent with great knowledge of the Liverpool area and surroundings. Thanks

We do not charge tenants any admin fees. We will request a £150 holding - reservation deposit to reserve a property and pending a successful reference, this deposit will come off the first month's rent when requested.
