Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.

Once the form is completed and returned, in accordance with our complaint procedure we will be looking into your complaint to establish, amongst other things:</p>

<li>How/why the issue above happened?</li>
<li>Whether it was avoidable?</li>
<li>What corrective steps we need to take?</li>
</ul>
<p>We will reply to you within ten working days with our response, if that's not possible we will contact you to let you know this and provide an estimate of when we will be able to respond in full.</p>
<p>We take our customers complaints very seriously and, if you're unhappy with our initial decision, we offer two stages of escalation:</p>
<p>1 - Escalation to our Managing Director (Mr H Sehri - haydar@homefinders.net).</p>
<p>2 - If you are still not happy then the complaint can be escalated to The Property Ombudsman, whose ultimate decision we would be bound by (details of how to complain to The Property Ombudsman are available at www.tpos.co.uk )</p>
