I'll start by saying I don't often write reviews as I'm usually too busy with work or just can't be bothered to find the time. However after receiving such a great level of service from Complete Estate Agents and in particular from Esther Moulding, I felt it was only right & fair that I took the time out. I have recently purchased a house which Complete were acting as the sellers for. From my first telephone call to arrange a viewing, right through to completion the experience provided by Esther was completely painless. That's not to say we didn't hit any snags along the way, such as unforseen survey/drainage issues & wishing to renegotiate the selling price, based on those. However Esther always found the time, patience & a practical solution to any issues. I know usually the estate agent acts more on the behalf of the seller, but in Esther's case she always made me feel she had my best interests at heart, just as much as the sellers. She kept me up to date regularly throughout the process & even provided me with contact details for alternative staff when she was away from the office. She never tried to push a sale down my throat & she was always open and honest about what the sellers expectations & plans were so we didn't waste each other's time. I would therefore like to pass on my sincere thanks for everything that Esther & Complete have done. She is a credit to your organisation & if only every estate agent was like her, the world would be a better place. I also want to thank Complete for helping me find the ideal property, in the ideal area & for the ideal price. I will finish by saying I had never heard of Complete prior to this transaction, we all see the adverts for the so called 'big' companies & feel empowered to use these. If your reading this & questioning if to use this company. I would recommend them 100%, I will certainly be using them again in the future.
