I just can not explain how much of a pleasure it was to deal with Megan at C21, but let me try. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Megan is by far one of the most friendliest and most efficient agents I have ever dealt with: and I have dealt with a lot. She blew me away with how quickly she dealt with the entire process and how simple she made a usually stressful experience. It was unreal. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her, and even if it was I would never have known because she is a true professional. I was continually astounded at how much ahead she was on every single point. By the time I had thought of something else to ask her to do or ask if it was done, she had already done it and emailed me the update. I literally had to do nothing-she took care of everything perfectly. My tenants have even complemented her several times to me. To keep both sides happy is a rare talent. This is usually a very stressful time for both Landlord and Tenant but not one thing was left undisclosed to either party. Megan was clear, very personable to all involved and kept everything running smoothly. The property rented in record time with absolutely no stress to myself, or the tenant, throughout the entire process, which is unheard of. I have never experienced anything like it. Just a massive thank you, Megan!

We do not charge tenants any admin fees. We will request a £150 holding - reservation deposit to reserve a property and pending a successful reference, this deposit will come off the first month's rent when requested.
