Megan has been the most amazing agent from day 1. Her first email regarding a house viewing come across really friendly and every email and phone call from then on she has been even more friendly and welcoming. She has gone above and beyond our expectations to make sure that everything in our new home is perfect for when we move and and no issue is to big for Megan to try and help us. I would recommend Megan to anyone who is look it for a property through century 21 and I am extremely grateful for all her effort in helping us. Things such as a phone call from megan to see how our first night was is thoughtful and made our experience even better.

We do not charge tenants any admin fees. We will request a £150 holding - reservation deposit to reserve a property and pending a successful reference, this deposit will come off the first month's rent when requested.
