I rented with this agency as a student for my final year. Throughout my tenancy I had numerous problems with the property which the agency failed to address. I cannot stess enough how awful they were when it came to complaints. The agency constantly ignored emails, refused to acknowledge problems, failed to respond to complaints and ignored any issues we had in our flat such as broken appliances. Throughout my time they only ever contacted me to ask for rent. Since renting from this agency I have learned that they will tell you everything you want to hear when it comes to viewing the property. As soon as you pay the deposit they no longer care. They conned me out of my deposit and charged me for damages that were there when I moved into the property. I'm surprised this place is still running. If you are thinking of renting with this agency avoid at all costs!

4 Oct 2018Hi Nick, I know which flat you mean and I'm really sorry you had a bad experience. We do always try to keep our tenants happy and I can categorically say our intentions towards our tenants are always good. Sometimes we can't just replace appliances without having them checked first for faults and remedies. The balance between keeping tenant happy and our landlords can be tricky sometimes but I think we get the balance about right most of the time. Please accept our apologies that your experience wasn't all you felt it should have been. I'm really happy to have a chat with you as it's always good to hear good and bad about our business so we can try to make things the best they can be going forward .
