The undermentioned report is over a period of 12 months plus, everything has been sent recorded delivery*. They provide no management on site to resolve the issues, residents call, email etc, nothing changes. There is no interest at all in this company to do anything for Mablethorpe park, a day in court with them is long overdue. I don't care what you have, the light outside my neighbours chalet doesn't work, and there is another intermittent one further into the park. It does conflict, understand they are not working, I have dated photos, this is after you gave yourself a pat on the back, taking over 5 months is not an achievement! Yep i have sent you and Tim Hawkins and the Landlord all the issues, its time you put the effort in to resolve them, its also time one of you put the effort in to come up here, as you know all is not well. All the issues were sent recorded delivery, so don't sit on your high horse pretending you are unaware, its a poor excuse. Due to your incompetence? this is for public consumption, and will continue until all issues are resolved period. Apart from the issue that have been sent, the main issue is ABC / Floorweald inabilities to resolve anything. Absolute rubbish, truth hurts, the work isn't complete, several lights are still out. Another failure by abc! the motivation is to get you to do, as per the terms of the lease. All you do is ignore the issues you are sent, lease breaches by you are unacceptable, you resolve nothing. Still waiting for responses to issues, extra funds collected for road repair, not everyone paid, no road repair. Poor company, unprofessional staff. Their responses show they do not monitor issues to point of resolution. Due to ABC's incompetence, we have had 5 months of electrical wastage, the cost of which will be severely contested with this poor company. Hopefully once the repairs are done , they might find time to start addressing the other issues, after all that's what they are paid for. Should be penalised or closed down. Bad communication, no interest in resolving issues, been waiting for a electrical repair since Feb 18, still incomplete, plus an endless list of other issues. They do not consult or provide feedback, nothing gets resolved. Poor service*- no interest. I have now taken up the issues with the landlord, who currently isn't interested, who's in breech of his own lease. Residents are treated as cashpoints, they only communicate when an invoice is due. Based on current performance these companies should be closed down. Very bad , no consultation, service account charge not being run as per the lease.
