Chose Century 21 after contacting several local agents and was impressed from the outset. Ian showed evidence of similar properties that have sold in the area which gave me confidence as other agents had valued the property much more than I was expecting and unrealistic. Ian was professional and pleasant throughout the process and nothing was too much trouble. Megan helped process the sale once we accepted the offer and was a pleasure to deal with! So helpful to the end! Great Company that I would have no hesitation in recommending!

We do not charge tenants any admin fees. We will request a £150 holding - reservation deposit to reserve a property and pending a successful reference, this deposit will come off the first month's rent when requested.
