We met Katie at the house and she was polite and chatty. She gave us a very good idea of what the house was like and she arranged for us to have another viewing just so we could make sure we were happy with the purchase. Email contact was good and everything went smoothly.

We do not charge tenants any admin fees. We will request a £150 holding - reservation deposit to reserve a property and pending a successful reference, this deposit will come off the first month's rent when requested.
