We recently used Katie to sell our property and couldn't have been happier with the service she delivered. Personal, positive, clear and efficient. From when we first met her she was realistic but also optimistic about our property- we loved that she was the only member of staff we dealt with from start to finish it made communicating so easy. She has a lovely way about her and despite us losing our initial buyer (personal circumstances) she secured several more viewing and a second offer in less than 3 weeks which meant we kept our ongoing property too. She makes everyone feel like she is there just to support them and genuinely cares about each customer- both those selling though her and buying through her too. Her availability was great and we never had to wait long for a response on anything. I would definitely highly recommend Katie- and indeed have done already! Many thanks and best of lunch with everything!

We do not charge tenants any admin fees. We will request a £150 holding - reservation deposit to reserve a property and pending a successful reference, this deposit will come off the first month's rent when requested.
