Jackie has been my negotiator on two occasions, most recently with a property in Glasgows West End, Jackie's knowledge and understanding of the property market is extremely reassuring and it is always great knowing that somebody who is experienced and confident in their ability is looking after the sale of your property. There is regular communication for what marketing has been carried out in order for your property to gain maximum exposure and interest and what activity, NOI and importantly offers have been submitted for your property. After several notes of interest and offers, I took Jackie's advice and set a closing date which resulted in multiple offers and achieving 11% above HR within 10 days from going on the market. Any queries or questions from myself or perspective buyers were dealt with promptly and in a professional manner. I would also like to thank and praise Darren Lee who was really the first point of contact for me from McEwan Fraser Legal and was a pleasure to deal with, the presentation and his market knowledge was second to none and gave me the confidence to sell through McEwan Fraser Legal again, I met with other agents but felt McEwan Fraser Legal would deliver the best results and I was not disappointed.
Comments on Agent Fees
Although slightly more expensive than some Estate Agents and their competitors, I strongly feel that you get what you pay for in this industry and I believe in order to achieve the best results you have to look and take into account what services you are getting for the fees you are paying, I would rather pay slightly higher fees knowing I am getting a great service and that the sale of my property is with an experienced company with a track record of outperforming other agents.
