The Charles Harding Gorse Hill office was established in 1998 and has built an excellent reputation for helping people successfully buy and sell their properties during this time. All our staff members live locally and with over 75 years’ experience between us we are extremely knowledgeable within our specialised
area of Swindon. We pride ourselves on offering honest, friendly and professional advice and feel this has contributed to our success over the years. In fact, we are never happier than when we are recommended by a satisfied client.
Being the only Estate Agent in the Gorse Hill area has enabled us to establish links within the community and we aim to support the local businesses as much as possible.
In 2011 we felt the time was right to open our own lettings arm, initially named Swindon Lettings Department and later renamed as Charles Harding Lettings Ltd. Growing our portfolio over the last 4 years has enabled us to further increase the services we provide.
We are extremely grateful to everyone we have had dealings with, both past and present and look forward to working with all future clients. At Charles Harding our sole purpose is to ensure that when instructed, we do everything possible to ensure the buying and letting process to ensure the buying and letting process is handled with the utmost care and attention.

Being prospective purchasers at the back end of 2017 we arranged 2 viewings through Dawn, one of which eventually became the property we purchased in 2018. Dawn was prompt and very professional and knowledgeable about both properties. She answered all questions we had or followed up very quickly on anything she didn't have the answer to. Lee kindly arranged a second viewing once we'd seen quite a few other properties with other agents and he was also very prompt and professional. We felt very at ease and not under any pressure at all times with both Dawn and Lee. Once we'd had the offer accepted, Dawn was helpful with recommendations for solicitors they knew to be reliable and she communicated regularly with us whilst we got things organised with the lender, surveyor and in helping to answer questions with the vendor. She was truly excellent throughout the whole process in making it a trouble free and pleasant experience and was no doubt a factor in our decision to buy through Charles Harding

They were fine. Sold our house quickly, but I suspect the area and type of house did most of the work to be honest. We didn't hear much after that, apart from looking in viewings for the buyers.
