I had an absolutely terrible experience with Alan Cooke. The house was selling for 7 months. Starting with a lack of knowledge of the market, as the price suggested was too high, then chain broke (no agency fault), but 1 min after they got the money… they didn’t care! Approachable and helpful staff who were professional throughout the sale transaction.
