Jake was polite and professional, maintaining a high level of communication throughout the viewing process. Jake showed great problem solving skills, when an issue with the main entrance arose he was calm and collected and thought laterally, getting us into the building so as not to waste the journey and lose the viewing. Jake made a good first impression, was smart and welcoming, relaxed and professional in his demeaner.
