We had Megan throughout our moving in process had she was excellent from start to finish helping us too quickly sort the paper work side so we managed to get the house we wanted, she made the effort to reply to our queries even if it was out of work hours we really appreciate all of her help getting us in our new house.

We do not charge tenants any admin fees. We will request a £150 holding - reservation deposit to reserve a property and pending a successful reference, this deposit will come off the first month's rent when requested.
