One of the most unpleasant experiences of my life when dealing with Richard Davidoff. As an estate agent he is the single most incompetent, deceitful and plain nasty man I have ever met. He kept bragging to me how many times he wins court cases and how he always sues people. This was all before I signed with him. On top of that he made my teenage daughter feel uncomfortable and started bragging to me that he knows martial arts and how to kill people! I may have misread what he said next but he implied I should meet him "privately" and he could reduce the fee! I went to another estate agent now rent a lovely 2 bedroom flat in Edgware with my daughter. Plain nasty and should be avoided at all costs.

Extortionate. After reading the dozens of reviews on the internet I am so glad I didn't sign with them when so many people are being threatened if they speak up and living in misery with their fees and "added charges"

8 Apr 2018It seems like I have been dealing with some professional thugs. After repeated lies about changes that would be made to the property that were never made, lies about the property being next to a public park (when it was actually the field of a school) and avoiding communicating with me as I addressed these issues, I realised after moving out (leaving the property immaculate) and two months of not immunisations with me about the deposit, that they had somehow managed to get me to sign a contract that whoever is responsible for early termination of the contract,(I was given two months notice after 4 months of residency) that I had to give more than half my deposit (over £1000) in fees. I asked them to go over the contract with me line by line when I signed. They were very clever at tricking me into believing that it meant something completely different and diverting my attention from what I was signing by saying that is just some standard writing that doesn't mean anything and I had no idea that I was being deceived in this way. Stay away from these criminals.

30 Apr 2018Clearly this is someone who has a grudge against Richard and tells a fanciful story – as anyone who knows us would know that Richard is not a negotiator! He never shows a property or deals with any applicants for the last 20 odd years. So he would not have had the opportunity to either ‘brag' about killing people or to offer to meet privately!
