Worst agency ever. Finally, I am renting new house, without them. We've rented from them two years. They don't care about any problems, so you need to fix it by yourself. They lie a lot. When we were moving from first house from chiltern, they said that they will help us to find new place. They didnt have a lot of offers (as always),but finally we find 1bedroom flat. As always Ali said that he will keep property if we pay deposit (£200). We paid deposit and then go to Poland to funreal. When we back 2weeks later, and ask if we can see our flat again, to check measurements (so we can buy furnitures), Ali agreed, and send his agent there. When we came to the viewing, agent said that 1bed flat for which we paid deposit is already rent. It was 5days before we should move into new house. The funniest thing is, we was calling and messaging Ali all two weeks to make sure that he kept flat. He gave us cheapest Marks Spencer wine to say sorry ,(but of course IT was landlords fault, not his).Finally, we need to rent studio flat for £850 pm (without bills) because we didnt have choice. We should move to property at 20th at 1pm what was ealier booked. I called 3 days to chiltern to make sure that guy who is doing checkings will be ealier. And suprise, suprise, when I was waiting in front of door to new house, no one was there. When i called to them, they said that they forogot! Of course I've moved in at 5pm. After 10 months i moved out and now I am waiting for deposit third week. They dont answer for emails, and when we calling -saying that landlord is doing check out now etc. I know that some of you will be choosing them because of low agency fees. Dont do this. Its better to pay more and be sure that all is fine and no one lie to you.

24 Jun 2018I agree. Islam has some of the most wonderful teachings. These guys claim to be muslims but only care about one thing. GREED FOR MONEY MONEY MONEY. NOT PEOPLE. I believe they're giving themselves 5 star on here because these guys should not be running this type of business. They run it like a bad market stall vendor who will sell you bad fruits with a smile. Ali promised me a flat one day after a viewing. I went to the office the next day only to meet someone there signing an agreement to the same flat. No notification or anything and with no shame, and a ridiculous apology, he tried to get me to rent another one of their dumps. AVOID AVOID AVOID
