If I could give 0 star rating I would. This company should not be in business. Extortionate fees, ignorance, incompetence and thats before you actually need them to do anything - which they don't and either ignore you or fob you off with excuses. Richard Davidoff acts like a dictator ignoring all requests and then threatening to sue once we complained! They made my life an absolute misery.

30 Aug 2020There are many people who allege that he gives false invoices for work carried out from companies that don't exist and then charges the tenant's astronomical fees .

31 Aug 2020Dear David, I have checked our records and we have never dealt with anyone called David French. I have checked with my colleagues and no one recognised your name or the situation you portray? We therefore assume that this comment is made by a competing estate agent trying besmirch our name. David French, your comments are libellous, any charge would be accompanied by the contractors invoice with their contact details, Co Reg No, Vat No etc – anyone receiving an invoice can easily contact the contractor directly to ascertain that the invoice is legitimate. It is interesting to note that you complain about alleged false invoices whilst using a false name yourself. The irony is clear.
