As you can tell from numerous complaints..You only deal with Fineholm at your own risk as they don't care about clients and the poor service you. Just spoke to their manager about their poor rating & about my experience with them and she is totally fine with that. *They ask u to keep huge deposits and keep u waiting for days if not weeks & can come back to you at any time to tell u the property is not available. It took them 2 days to show the property to my spouse and after calling to tell her it's available to rent, they claim it will take more than a week to check the inventory in a 1 bedroom flat and days later they claim the landlord says he's not renting anymore. *It's evident in our interaction their tenants and customers come last and the manager herself she doesn't care about the poor service and their ratings. Deal with them at your own risk!

21 Sept 2017Hi Sam, I was really shocked to see your review and must be candid in my reply as the majority of your comments are untrue. Firstly, you have not experienced weeks waiting time, your viewing was on 12/9/17, you expressed interest, we contacted our landlord and came back to you on 14/9/17 to be told that you'd found another property, you then came back to us on 19/9/17 asking to go ahead and were informed on 20/9/17 that the landlord didn't wish to accept the tenancy as you were not prepared to provide a financial/income reference. I appreciate you offered to pay 6 months in advance but as explained the landlord was concerned as to what would happen after the initial term without an income reference. You didn't pay a holding deposit, you told us you sent £100 to our bank but we never received it. Also, when you spoke with me in the office I did not say that I was okay or happy with the negative reviews, you asked if I was aware of them and I said yes, as with the majority of Agents we have both positive and negative reviews and that I didn't think you'd received negative customer service when you'd been in our office earlier and reiterated why the landlord had refused your proposal. i would also remind you that when you were in our office you told us you'd had bad experiences with other agencies, perhaps your frustration is more with them than Fineholm. I would also comment on your aggressive attitude in the office which resulted in our Director having to intervene and your false accusations of racism which we would refute strongly.

22 Sept 2017It's very unfortunate you'd get on here and lie just as you did this morning claiming you only received my funds this morning when indeed you received the funds on wednesday. I see you are only concerned now because of the review yet you failed to respond to my last message. If you claim the landlord refuse to rent to me based on the reference or financial reference then why didn't you respond when I told you I have that readily available? You were the same people who claimed it wasn't necessary because it's my first time in the U.K and I'm paying all 6 months upfront. Why did you also send me your bank details to pay the holding fee if you claim the landlord was not prepared to rent? When I came to your office you asked me to pay £150 more and wait for about a week for you to check your inventory which is usually the norm to find excuses to rent it out to another person, this is evidenced in your numerous negative reviews. I asked what happens if after a week you tell me it's been rented out but your answer was not satisfactory. Your response doesn't even add up because it's so obvious you are telling lies. Accusing me of being aggressive because I'm a well built black guy says it all, just the type of false stereotype perpetuated by racists like you. How did you director intervene? And how was I aggressive? Maybe you should try and back your accusations up because your poor reviews on google says it all.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
