Our first and unpleasant experience in UK. Firstly Agent fee is high we paid 450 +180 for a 1 bed flat. The agent was not professional at all, Specifically the way they write the mails is frustrating. A week after the checkout report was shared they started with new photos saying these were also caused by us and we need to replace the sofa and media unit. They wanted the whole flat to be repainted for the minute spots on the wall. Out of the 6 weeks deposit we are not being given anything and they have not agreeged for the ADR service also.We are taking the deposit to dispute. We vacated the property on 1st August and haven't received or resolved the dispute amount yet. The stress we are going through for this is measureless and the time spent is all wasted.

24 Feb 2018We have been renting with them for less than a year and even with all the pictures taken and email as proof they are accusing me that leaks and mould/ stains apperaed because '' of my lifestyle'' which i find extremely insulting. They have been correct at the beginning and now want to increase the rent knowing that they have not repaired other issues as they classified '' wear and tear ''. Also been told to get a weekly cleaning lady as they are assuming I am an unclean person, I have personally even advise them to visit me anytime and see for themselves. I have been emails proving how unprofessional and rude they are.
