subbmited a online offer form on a property they were selleing now as a auction agent you would think that the details they list would be the correct state off the property and make sure that they advertise that in this way but seems they wash there hands off that and just sell anything and for there form you think if the state what they are a proffesional seller in property they would have the correct procedure for buyers to respond if the form i filled in had instructions to either call before you submit your offer but no its designed for them because it seems once you fill it in your being ripped of as they have made it for them so all new buyers stay away from there online service as you will be ripped of they have �5000 pounds of mine but wee will have to see what the courts say about there practices and a will copy all the same problems on here that others have went through and to put a stop to there ways of working and to start thinking more of buyers

19 Aug 2017a really want this message to get to all buyers looking at these properties that this company is selling in this area for vendors please please please do not use there on line offer system its a con you will get ripped off a have seen and will display all shocking images of this area and buyers leave the houses the blocks are fit for demolition trust my words please stay away and do not buy from any off the auction sites listing these properties
