Greenwich area guide
Greenwich is a very green and family-friendly area located just five miles from Central London. It is a lot calmer than central London, yet Greenwich offers lots to do! You can visit great museums, markets and other sightseeing activities such as the beautiful Cutty Sark ship. The biggest concert and sporting event arena, The O2 centre is located in North Greenwich, which also houses the ICON shopping outlet as well as a multiplex cinema and restaurants. Moved out of property 20 weeks ago. Georgina refused a check out.. still refusing to do a check out therefore I cannot get my deposit back. Trust me use an alternative agent or when you come to leave you will seriously regret it! I am now seeking legal advice. Fees unjustified considering how much effort you , as a customer need to keep on at the company to get them to help you. What exactly are they for when they don't actually do the work they are paid to do.

27 Feb 2017This is wholly unfair and we would like to explain in detail why; One tenant (of a group of tenants who initially moved in) left the property last year when the contract ended. However, the co-tenants were meant to arrange for new people to move in so we could conduct a check-out and this way, they could arrange the deposit distribution between themselves. This has been ongoing since October and the co-tenants, through no FAULT of our own, have dragged their heels to the point we had to mention to the remaining tenants that we would be serving a Section 21 if they did not get a move on. It was only this weekend (i.e. in the last 48 hours) that the tenant completed her online reference application. When I spoke to the tenant in situ on Friday I said the tenant who left, his Mother has send numerous emails getting really annoyed with us and they even said that it's not our fault it is hers. This is why this entire situation has been outside our control. We have been pro-actively pushing for this to happen and sadly we cannot force the situation but continue to chase and therefore feel hat this 1* review is unfair and does not reflect the situation!

28 Feb 2017This is a classic example of how you should not conduct yourself as a professional. You have established somewhat of a 'blame culture' where everyone else seems to be at fault apart from yourselves. I have utilised numerous Estate Agencies and yours is by far the worst and quite frankly your comments in response to this review reflect that. You are very quick to respond to reviews and perhaps you should use the same energy to reply to emails requesting a resolution. How on earth you think it is acceptable not to conduct a 'check out' is beyond me, especially now we are 20 weeks on. The current tenants are reluctant to pay a deposit because you have not fulfilled your responsibilities as an Estate Agent. It should be such a simple transaction and I would like to ask you why having completed the tenancy in October you did not perform a check out?
