Worse experience ever. Arrogant, rude and unprofessional agent. I contacted Dexter to rent a 2 bed flat with another 2 friends. After the first viewing our agent Aida started to rush us into making an offer, pushing a horrible flat that she thought it's more suitable for us. We really likes another flat in Maida Vale, which she said it had so many viewings and offers and she thinks we cannot get it. I made an offer for that flat, 30 min after she sent an email with " good news" our offer have been accepted and she charged 2 weeks the holding deposit. After another 30 min she started to ask questions that she should have asked before charging my money. I told her from the begining we are 3 friends and we will share a 2 beds flat. After charging the money she realised that the landlord doesn't want 3tenants. She called our situation embarrassing, that we gonna share a 2 bed flat at 26 years old. This was something I have never seen or heard from an agent in my life. I told her I want my money back . Of course it's been one week and nobody is rushing to return my money. Plus after all this experience she had the guts to invite me to re - think my option over the awful flat that she proposed at the beginning. Horrible attitude, judgemental and rude behaviour. I asked her 2 times to pass me her manager contact. Of course, she didn't. Hopefully I will get my deposit back. AVOID Dexter .
