Fantastic service from the outset. Dreading the process of selling my first property as I'd heard so many stories of rip-off agent fees and sales promises, GAO made my sale so easy. Fees discussed and agreed at the start, no sale no fee basis. Professional photographer sent and listing went up that same week. Viewings were managed by GAO as were offers and queries. Seamless transaction at a fraction of the cost of traditional estate agents who do less and cost more!
