We had previously let out our flat through Northwoods and had received exceptional service from Tim. When we decided to sell, although we got several quotes from various estate agents Tim and David at Northwoods were the most professional and knowledgeable. From the outset the experience of dealing with Northwoods was excellent. The professional pictures of our flat were brilliant and far better than those we received when we put our flat on the market a year earlier with a different estate agent. Viewings were managed very well and were arranged with minimal inconvenience for our tenants. David was our main contact for the sales process and we could rely on him to keep us up to date, always be available for advice and to help progress the sale. He went over and above what was required of him and we would honestly never have got to completion when we did without his help. His expertise in dealing with our incredibly unhelpful solicitor was invaluable! I would not hesitate to recommend Tim and David to anyone and will definitely use them again if we ever have another property in St Albans.
