Jack was able to meet me at a time convenient as I have a long way to travel to the property. He took the details on Monday and the flat was let by Friday. The dealings with the Agency has been very professional and friendly. I have used them before and will use them again. I can wholehearted recommend The Letting Game.

Avoid at All Costs – A Truly Awful Experience with The Letting Game Our tenancy with The Letting Game started on a positive note thanks to Amy, who handled our viewing. Unfortunately, that early professionalism turned out to be nothing more than false hope. From the moment we signed the agreement, everything went downhill fast. The staff are rude, condescending, and clearly have no understanding of what good customer service is. Communication is a joke – you’ll be spammed with emails when they want something from you, but when you need support or action, you’re left waiting for days or completely ignored. We had direct communication with our landlord, who was happy to agree to certain requests – only for The Letting Game to falsely claim she had refused. Either they were outright lying or just completely incompetent. Either way, it created unnecessary stress and confusion throughout our tenancy. When it came to the end of our lease, their true colours really showed. They seemed more concerned with squeezing every penny out of us than being fair or reasonable. It was clear they were going out of their way to keep our full deposit, regardless of the facts. Profit over people, every time. Despite submitting two formal complaints and receiving empty reassurances from their managing director Samantha that staff would be trained and service would improve, nothing ever changed. The same issues persisted for the entire 12 months we were with them. If you’re looking for a letting agent that prioritises their bottom line over your wellbeing, ignores your concerns, and treats tenants with absolute disregard, then by all means – The Letting Game is for you. Otherwise, steer well clear

The Letting Game, a Member of The
Property Ombudsman, aims to provide the highest standards of service to all our
customers. To ensure that your interests are safeguarded, a complaints
procedure has been introduced. This provides for the matter to be dealt with
internally by Mr Matthew Sweetman and in the event that we are not able to deal
with the issue to our mutual satisfaction, by reference to The Property
Ombudsman. If you believe you have a complaint,
please write in the first instance to the Matthew Sweetman at the address as
below: Matthew SweetmanThe Letting GameHenleaze HouseHarbury RoadHenleazeBristolBS9 4PN. Your complaint will be acknowledged
within 24 hours but no longer than 3 working days, investigated thoroughly in
accordance with established in-house procedures and a formal reply will be sent
to you within 15 working days of receipt of your complaint. If you are not satisfied with the
outcome of our initial investigation, you are provided with a further
opportunity to have the complaint reviewed by our Managing Director, at the

In the event that the final review as
detailed above still fails to satisfy your complaint, then you are at liberty
to have the matter referred to the The Property Ombudsman. We will submit our

referred to the Ombudsman should we fail to deal with matters promptly or do not
comply with our in-house complaints procedure within 8 weeks from the date we
receive your written notification.
