Prospect sold our property for a little under the asking price; we were initially concerned about the slow pace of viewings, but this did pick up and ultimately our buyer was found. Our sale progression was then handed to Ellen Deverell, who was excellent throughout - thoroughly responsive to our needs and made every effort to assist us with what turned into quite a rapid completion, after a short deadline was applied at the top of the chain. We were extremely pleased with the service we received from Ellen, and would certainly request her as our agent if we were to engage Prospect again. Our sole disappointment was rate, which seemed rather high and was non-negotiable; this appears to be the same across Wokingham, and in our view is not healthy for competition, and gives the appearance that local firms are operating a cartel.
