I wanted to add my comments about the Moving Inn team, having sought their help in January this year. I was in a dire predicament. My landlord abruptly decided to sell his property and I was issued with a month's notice to vacate my room. Compounding my troubles was the fact that he couldn't be bothered to provide a reference. My initial point of contact was with Shey at Moving Inn. We met so that I could view a room (where I am now happily staying). He arrived promptly, very helpful and answered the long list of questions that I had for him. I also found him very polite, professional and friendly. Following on, I spoke to Dean and Justyna who were also most helpful. There was an issue about my lack of a reference but the team managed to persuade the property owner to accept a reference from my close friend, a retired librarian. I was impressed when I visited the Moving Inn offices to sign my lease agreement. All the staff greeted me. I was somewhat nervous in going through all the paperwork with Justyna so I really appreciated the warm welcome. Justyna was very efficient in sorting at the various documents and I collected my key. Since then, Justyna has been my point of contact with Moving Inn. I have had occasion to contact her about minor repairs needed at the house. She has answered my emails promptly and liaised with the landlord effectively. I have to say that I am extremely impressed with the guys at Moving Inn and I think indebted to them for all their help. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
